Under the new regulation, PMDs are now categorized as automobiles, so PMD raiders need to follow and observe most basic road regulations, comparable to bike riders. However, motorised mobility scooters like e-scooters don't comply with the safety requirements for road vehicles, so they can't be approved enrollment and can't be ridden in public. Ear
